Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District (MMSD), is among the Wisconsin DNR, UW-Extension, Wisconsin Dental Association and member components, and other publicly owned wastewater treatment works working together in The Wisconsin Dental Mercury Pollution Prevention Program. This program is intended to reduce the mercury discharge from dental offices.
