Preserving the Environment & Improving Water Quality
The former Anderson property, located north of Freistadt Road directly across from Kennedy Middle School, gives students an opportunity to study the upland meadow and explore a natural area with 80% water absorbing hydric soils. Visitors to the adjacent Senior Center and other neighbors can enjoy walking through this remnant of what Germantown looked like before settlement.
