Request for Proposals (RFP) Professional services' procurements include engineering services, management and systems consultation, research software support, computer programming, etc. RFP services are usually valued at $20,000 or more. Request for Qualifications (RFQ )/ Request for Information (RFI) Request for Qualificaitons (RFQ): The District wishes to obtain statements of the qualifications of potential firms/individuals (i.e. consultants) to gauge potential competition in the marketplace. Request for Information (RFI): The District is seeking information (comments, feedback) for an upcoming solicitation from potential vendors prior to the issuing of a solicitation. Surplus Items For Sale Property having some value in excess of its basic material content or scrap value, but is in such condition as to be no longer usable or needed by the District. Information for viewing and ordering Contract Documents The District utilizes the services of Reprographics Technologies to provide construction documents.
